Chris McDermott
Founder DirectorStarting out in the early nineties, Chris soon found his passion for cars and climbed the ladder very
quickly, becoming a top national performer within the BMW Group - firstly in Sales, then in Senior
Management.
Chris then decided to establish Baytree Cars, which offers a much more transparent and personal
approach with his clients. "After my 25 years working within the Industry, I wanted to use this
knowledge to offer my clients the very best possible experience every time they visit Baytree."
Dean Corney
Finance ManagerDean started his journey working in practice as an Accounts Junior for a small firm. Upon leaving college, he moved into a Management Accounting role, eventually managing the Finance Operation for a Group in the Healthcare Sector. Having always been a fan of motorsport and performance cars in general, Dean decided to make the move to Baytree to be a part of the growth at an exciting time for the company.

He's been photographing cars since he was 8 years old at such places as Ferrari Owner's Club,
Donnington Racetrack & Rolls Royce. Cars have always been the centre of his life so working at
Baytree feeds his passion.
