A very professional Dealership to deal with, very polite and friendly. Dean Corney was very easy to deal with, an extremely friendly gentleman that agrees a deal and holds his word. Timelines are brilliant, made an enquiry on a Saturday and the car was collected the following Saturday and paid for prior to collection. A lot of buyers gave me some offensive offers and were not keen to buy the car with a wrap on it, however these guys were amazing and very understanding. From the initial call from Matthew, the detail from Ed And the finance with Tim, the process was relaxed, informative, professional and detailed.
On the day of handover, my new Targa was prepared immaculately and raring to go.
The trade in deal on my old car was very far and there is no hard selling of add ons here. The team give the information and leave it up to you to chose or not.
The showroom is filled with fantastic cars and is an arm and welcoming environment to do business.

Looking for a Bullitt Mustang via Google and came across Baytree Cars with the exact spec Bullitt I wanted for sale.
Called their sales and spoke to Max who was able to negotiate an excellent part exchange deal for me with my Mustang GT.
I was then passed on to to Tim who sorted out all the documents, payment and delivery, both great guys to deal with and very helpful.
Excellent communication by e mail and phone.
The car was delivered in an enclosed trailer to my door by James on the day and time I specified at no extra cost and a 200 mile round trip.
I couldn't have asked for more.

- Bought during Covid; excellent and thorough videos and pictures of car to completely understand all aspects of condition. Transparent and honest information at all times about the vehicle. On delivery (which was also very slick down to London), vehicle condition exactly as anticipated. A very trustworthy dealer.

- Professional (yet very friendly) and responsive team, over email, phone and whatsapp. Never left waiting for unanswered queries. Top customer service. Everybody in the chain was knowledgeable about the car and buying process.

- A few minor after-sales queries / bits of admin resolved very quickly without chasing. The team remained engaged until I was completely happy with everything.

- Bought with confidence and would do so again!

It's been a very difficult time for everyone during the pandemic, businesses and people finding it difficult to do any sort of meeting up, more so when you want or need to purchase a vehicle.
I have been looking for sometime for my dream car and whilst going through the net trying to find what I've been looking for I came across Baytree Motors Ltd based in Derby, I've never been a lover of dealing with the trade previously but I came across exactly what I was looking for at this company.
My first contact was with Max whom I communicated with for quite a few weeks about purchasing the car, at no time was I pressured about the purchase in fact I can truly say the experience was something I wasn't expecting as everyone I asked a question it was answered virtually straight the way and if he didn't no the answer he found out and came back to me.
Once I decided I wanted the car it was a difficult situation as the lockdown came and the garage observed the safety of both their staff and customers, I was asked to put a deposit down that was fully refundable and they reserved it allowing me as much time as I wanted to purchase it outright.
After this I was contacted by Tim who kindly arranged for the car to be delivered to me in the enclosed trailer the company have, they told me I could have any inspection and should I find anything wrong I could have my money fully refunded.
The service was exceptional and nothing was to much trouble, they even took my number plate retention certificate and put my personal plates on the car and also paid for the plates, they also supplied me with a brand new fitted car cover.
After the car was delivered I've received about 6 phone calls asking if everything was ok with the car from Tim.
All in all this was a great service and customer relations and I really would not hesitate to use these people again and would certainly would purchase another car from these people, truly superb service.

I was looking to sell my A35 on Autotrader when I received a call from a man called Paul Higton.
He was straight to the point and offered me the best price I received from a dealer. He was swift in paying me a deposit and on day of handover arrived on time, inspected the car and I received the full payment for the car instantly after payment was sent.

Very sad to let my car go as it was a a great performance hatchback, however I am confident that Baytree will find a suitable new home for it.

Baytree Cars were very quick in getting back to me to clarify any queries I had, there was nothing hidden which was a welcome change to my previous experience of buying cars, I never felt like they were giving me any hard sell, it was especially refreshing given that I was buying from a garage that wasn't local to me. So easy from start to finish. Professional and top team, knowledgeable and made the transaction seamless. I would definitely recommend, why can't main dealers be like this - you don't have to sell a car that someone has already made their mind up they are going to buy - but you can put them off - something that happened with the BMW dealerships - just too pushy. Baytree cars are the opposite - they understand the customer and make you feel important. So thank you guys - it was an absolute pleasure - will keep in touch and send people your way. It's also worth pointing out that going local is not always the best - I drove 100 miles to Baytree rather than the 7 to the local BMW garage, says it all really.

I cannot praise Baytree cars and Tim in particular enough, for the fantastic way they have dealt with the purchase/sale of my sons VW Golf from there dealership. I recently bought a car from 'Baytree' cars and am delighted to report that the whole experience was stress free & enjoyable. The people who I dealt with, Tim who handled my initial enquiry, kept me up to date throughout, and was there when I went to pick up the car and complete the purchase, and Chris, the garage owner, who was also there when I picked up the car (even though it was outside of their normal office hours) were both professional, friendly, knowledgeable and obviously passionate about cars and what they do / sell etc. My son also came with me and both Tim & Chris involved him in the conversations, did a demonstration of the power of an Aston Martin, and even let him sit in a Porsche and a Ferrari - it was an experience he won't forget in a hurry! The car description on Autotrader was 100% accurate and the car looked perfect throughout. I would highly recommend this garage and will be delighted to deal with them again in the future.

I recently bought a 2009 Aston Martin DB9 from Baytree Cars. It is immaculate. Baytree arranged for the car to have a service at the local AM main dealer and provided the 'health check' report prior to purchase for piece of mind. They were helpful, patient and accommodating throughout the one month purchase period. They also arranged finance at a far more competitive rate than three AM main dealers could. My perception of them is that they are honest dealers who are passionate about providing top class customer care and supplying very good quality cars. My last four cars have been bought via main dealers and the experience at Baytree was better and more personal. Tim Hodgson looked after me and it was a pleasure doing business with him. I'd be very happy to buy another car from Baytree.

I travelled from London to Baytree cars and it was well worth the trip I purchased a stunning Aston Martin from them. I was Sold the vehicle by Tim who was very knowledgeable about the car. The other members of the team I met were Jack and Becky who made me feel very welcome. Before purchasing a vehicle from Baytree Cars I had taken valuable time off work to travel all over the country looking for a replacement vehicle, visiting numerous garages. I had begun to give up hope that a vehicle would match the description afforded it by the garage. It also seemed that if you travel more than an hour to look at a vehicle the garage think that you will buy and therefore they are not willing to negotiate. Baytree Cars were a breath of fresh air. The vehicle was even tidier than the advert suggested, they were easy and straight forward to deal with, they kept the garage open after normal closing hours on a Saturday, to allow me time to consider the potential purchase and they were fair in the negotiations. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Excellent sales staff, very knowledgeable and couldn't have done more to help me with the purchase. The car was exactly as described and every question I had answered with great photos sent to me as well the extra information I needed before purchase. The car was presented in perfect condition and they even picked me up from the station in a Bentley.
