Established in 2007 by founder and chairman Chris McDermott, Baytree is today one of the UK’s leading independent prestige and performance car dealers. For the last nine years Baytree has been serving its customers from its recently expanded showroom in Derby. Baytree is often commissioned to source specific, or rare cars for its customers and is so confident in the quality of its stock it promises to always buy back any car it has previously sold. The focus on customer care has always been at the forefront of Baytree’s approach. During the early days, the running of Baytree was heavily influenced by the care Chris and his family gave to his son Frazer, who had suffered from birth with a brain tumour. Sadly, Frazer, passed away in 2013, but today his spirit lives on in Baytree, particularly in the way Chris and the expanding team deal with people. ‘Everyone talks about personal service, but we really do mean it – from collecting clients from the train station to making certain they are 100 per cent happy with their purchase. And should a customer want to do a deal for a car at midnight on a Sunday, we do that,’ commented Chris. Baytree’s team are passionate. They are car enthusiasts with exceptional levels of product knowledge.

so they are fully conversant in everything about them.
